Curse you, Atomictumor.com!

After I wrote my previous post, I decided to take some time off.  I’m not sure if my brain is getting addled by my 5 AM awakenings, or if I’ve used up all the A material on some of my previous posts, but the quality of what I’ve been writing just hasn’t been as up to snuff as I wish it was.  Sure, it was great back in the old days, when, instead of doing my job (selling insurance, of which I was the _bottom_ seller in the building… woot!) I’d surf around on the internet and find things to write about.  I’d even draw little pictures in Paint

I’m working now at a job that I do well, and enjoy (back to being a tech geek, imagine that..) and don’t  have the 8 hours of paid time to flesh out ideas.  Even though we have the bitchin Wacom tablet to draw with, I haven’t been doing much of that.  Hell, I haven’t even been updating the theme (which right now is telling me that its February… wonder how long that’ll last).

So, I figured I’d take me a sabbitical.  Take a week off from thinking about posts, not even check the site except for maintenance, and take that worry off my mind.  This was Friday.

Monday, I got sick.

I believe I have been plagued.  What started as an upset stomach turned into a full on body ache flu.  Pigpen and MastaG have diarrhea, and GAC has been stressing about school.  I think this website is to blame…

What kind of unholy pact did I seal with the internet when I started putting content on here?  What would happen to me if I cleaned out the server and deleted all the archives… would I cease to exist?  Would I get hit by a metorite?  These strange thoughts have been hitting my deluded brain, until I came to the notion that the only way to put things right is to feed the monkey, and put on a post.

So, here it is.
