Pigpen: Mom, can I have some toast?

Me: Sure, babe. (Fixes toast)

5 minutes later…

Pigpen: Mom, can I have an apple?

Me: Sure, an apple sounds good.

5 minutes later…

Pigpen: Mom, can I have cheese?

Me: No, you just ate.

Pigpen: Mom, can I have cheese?

Me: No, let your toast and apple gel.

Pigpen: (Slaps forehead) Mom, can I have cheese… please?

Me: No, I said later.

Pigpen: (Heaves big sigh) But I said please!

Me: But I said no!

Pigpen: But I said yes! (Crosses arms and stomps foot)

Me: (Tries not to laugh) Maybe later, ya dork.
