No longer.  I wish he'd sell it and let someone else get on with it... there are so many things this town needs, and it seems that everyone can see it but him.  Reckon Rick Chinn worried about how many restaurants there are in Oak Ridge when he bought the old Lakeside Grille?  Nah... he just figured out a variant that we don't have, and put it there.

What don't we have that could go in a mall (or strip center)?  Gee, a shoe store, clothing store, fabric store, a home store, and definitely a Trader Joe's or Fresh Market.  We all need food, clothing, shoes, and linens.  A Marble Slab Creamery would go over well.

Please, somebody spank him and send him home.</description>
