For several years after we got rid of it, the kids would hide their faces when we saw one like it, so it if it was ours, it wouldn't "see us and follow us home." I still do. Just crapped out on me one day, no warnings, like a thief in the freakin' night. So now I put up with crappy radio DJs whenever I go anywheres. I really hate going back to the Blueberry Compound though, there's about a 40 min. gap between signals that my radio must feel insulted by or something, so it won't pick up anything. We've tried to talk it over, but I don't think it's going to work anymore. I'm going to have to get a cheaper, younger model I think. I know this isn’t a big problem, but my CD player is out. It was a Pony-Ack, damn thing spent more time in the dealer’s garage than it did mine. I finally sold it to a guy in town but every time I would see it I would duck. I was afraid that he was going to start throwing rocks and cussing at me. He seemed happy though he got a good deal and I got rid of a pain in my ass car. I guess that’s why I won’t even think about walking on a GM lot anymore. Its either a Ford., Chrysler or one of them there foreign cars now. I had one like that in the 70’s.
