Nice. Very nice. A thought to come back to another day: You should explore writing professionally. Seriously.

My heart sings that BJ is doing better, holding her own ... that you are doing better. Folks have been worried about you, dude. Take care of yourself ... see you soon.

I'm so glad to see she's doing better.

Is there a safe place to keep the glasses in the hospital? A drawer by her bed, or anything like that? I'm blind without my glasses, and the first thing I do when I wake up is put them on. Even if I'm somewhere like a hospital.

Her too, Naomi. No, I don't think so. Stuff keeps shifting around in there. I'll bring them everytime I go.

Hey, Take the chapstick, put it on her lips. It'll make them not hurt so bad when she wakes up out of this mess. It shouldn't interfere with anything at all. I'm suprised the med staff isn't putting vaseline on them. Do it.

Good thinking Deb. Hell, I cant' stand the stuff, and she always wants to lay a big fat smooch on me after she puts it on. Nows a good opportunity for smooch free chapstikin'!

The weirdest thing when Katie had to go in for surgery last week was having her glasses in my pocket for several hours.

I didn't like that feeling.

I'm so glad things are looking up.

Jon, man. I didn't find out about Katie's surgery until Eaves told me today.
Thanks for having the strength and whatnot to come help me out. I wish I could say something that'd help her. I wish I'd been there, man.
You both are extraordinary people. Means a lot to have you in my life, even if its just been 1s and 0s.
