Good to know that Oak Ridge Methodist Med is MUCH better then that. I have had in-laws and a few friends in that hospital in JC and it always seemed a bit “shady” to me.

Anyway good to read about the positive brain scan, etc.

Know we are praying and praising.

Actually, my Dad sent me a link a few days ago that I’ll share with you guys, showing, to what seems to be an independent company, how Methodist stacks up. Its pretty cool!

Our zip code is 37830. Pop it out to a 200 mile radius, and enjoy.

Ga-ross. It’s like that story GAC posted once about her friend’s husband that has a botfly in his arm. Ew!

Wow! That leapfrog link was a real eye opener. That’s the downside of a healthcare system that is for profit I guess.

Three years ago when we had my son, our birthing room was great but the room they moved us to was small and dirty. By the time we left, there was sandy dirt all over the room from all the visitors and the nurse couldn’t find a broom to clean it up with.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I’m glad she’s not there either. Can you imagine gnats swarming during surgery? :shivers:
