If I can make a suggestion for today, let the boys take care of you. Such big things are happening and they are so powerless, give them something to do to look after you. Let them make you breakfast in bed, or rub your back or something. If you ask for it, I"m sure they will be happy to oblige. When Theresa and the boys were really little, their dad would lie on the floor and ask for a Japanese massage, which meant that for 5 minutes they got to walk up and down his back, or crawl, depending on who it was.
