So the inane cliche, "'tis better to have loved and lost..." is not so trivial after all.

I'm so sorry that you hurt, but so glad that you had something very special that will forever be part of who you are.

I wish I'd known her longer or better, but ever so fortunate for the little time I did have. She was funny, wise beyond her years, and someone I really wanted to know better.

(mid) Mornin', AT!
Hope the sun is shining in Oak Ridge and you have the chance to turn your face up towards it today and soak up some of that magic mojo/vitamin D stuff that makes your mind and body feel a little better. I'm doing just that here in the Brentwood-hood, amidst all of the Republicans, SUV's and ostentatious Christmas light displays (which I secretly love).
I honestly hope that the fact that you can send a scream of pain out into the night of cyberspace and know that there are strangers and friends that hear it, acknowledge it and send love back 'atcha counts for something in the middle of this whole experience. It is very heartening to me, and makes me kind of proud to be a member of the human race.
People really do care, AT-- how great is that?
Have a good one,
Tori

My Dr. Dave did that for about a week before it figured it out. But it's working fine now and catching all the notices about mature dildo adult sex toy distribution.

Wow, this comment has no chance of getting through.

Yes, but ironically, Jon, this is the one that made it through...
Folks, you see what this means? If you want a comment to appear on Atomictumor.com, you probably ought to mention something about dildos.

I am glad the morning finally came for you; with the sleeping in late and the amazing kids (!)

And so it is another day.

And we are still here and praying for you.

And BJ is still with you too!

Peace and Beauty to you all.

Hey, AT - I'm just going to keep posting this one until I know you've seen it - Jeff Tweedy is playing a solo show in Nashville at TPAC January 17. If you can possibly get here, I have the feeling it'll be worth the trip. Details:

Question:

Have ya seen the previews for the live-action, brand-spankin' new version of The Transformers movie?

Thoughts?

Jean, I saw something on Pitchfork about that... I dunno, I don't know if I'd leave the metro area for a Tweedy show. I've seen Wilco twice, so to overcome the entropy they'd have to have like, juggling clowns, or something.
Now, Of Montreal will be in Asheville in March, and MastaG and I are probably gonna go...
