So, I locked the kids room up, with a note pinned to the door from Santa telling them what good boy’s they’ve been, and how Santa had to rent out a trailer for his sleigh to haul all that stuff.
I stuck Pigpen’s mighty Hot Wheels toy on the top bunk, where I reckon he’ll be sleeping. Pigpen’s computer isn’t on, but I figure I’ll run in there and boot it up before I let the kids in.
We removed the old bed, boxes, and BJ’s drafting table for storage here, which made me sad for a bit, but I was tired and hungry, and its always looks worse when you’re hungry and tired.
While we were gone, MastaG, Pigpen, and KatyK were all down here, with Nodbob, Bullet and her family, and Jen and her family. On the way home, Katy told me that they had managed to get Pigpen down for a nap, which is an amazing feat for a fully grown person, so thats pretty cool. I just got him up and stuck him on Biscuits lap.
I jumped out of the wagon on the way up the driveway to distract MastaG from seeing his old bed in the trailer. Damn, people, I don’t mean to brag, but I’m smooth. I can put stuff in their stockings, with them right in front of me, and them not notice. I should have been a pickpocket, except a pickpocket that uh.. puts stuff in pockets…

So you have to keep them out of their rooms for five days?! Holy frijole, Batman. I’d like to hear how that’s going to happen…

Nice to see that big old smile on your face…gotta love the beauty of having kids during christmas. The little critters cost a s***load, but there’s nothing that makes us happier than seeing them all giddy when they discover their gifts. Happy holidays.

I love the bed! So perfect for boys. My brother loved his bunk bed until I told him a ghost hid in the bottom bunk…
My parents were thrilled with me as you can imagine.
