2 months. Hard to believe. You seem to be handling things better than I was at 2 months. Maybe it’s because you’re still in your 20s and super adaptable and flexible. At least for another hour and 50 minutes anyway ;-)
6 month anniversary for me on the 29th. Anna’s 45th birthday on the 31st. My fun filled couple of days sent me a telegram saying they’re coming around the mountain soon, driving six white horses and wearing wool pajamas.
Happy Birthday, AT. Wish GAC was going to be able to celebrate it with you. I hope you and the boys party like it’s 1999.
Well, technically, she’d have been 30 for 365 or so days, but she’d be 2 years older than me for the first 11. I was looking forward to that for years, because I was so going to give her hell.
I have no doubt at all that she finds enormous humor in getting out of it…
You and the boys are in our prayers. Well if all works out we should be living pretty close to you all. Can I come and stare at your new car? =) Mine is so pathetic. The only way the radio works is if you punch it. It is an excuse to break something during those special times. You all’s good peoples.

Hang Tough AT,
The “first Special Days” (Birthdays, holidays, & such) are the Toughest by far. Done it, sorry to say. Know that You and yours are in My Prayers. As well as in the prayers of many other Joe’s that you don’t know about, and are half a world away. Stay Safe, Stay Sane, and try to keep a smile going.
I remenber January of 1977 like it was yesterday. It was the coldest winter of my life. It was so cold, that it hardly ever broke > than 30′ F for about a month. It was so cold, that the Oak Ridge Marina froze over, and people, dogs, Motorcycles etc. were walking on the ice.
Have a good day, and come by for a celabratory brew if you like.

Sorry, no, tomorrow’s her birthday. She’d have been 30 for 11 days, and I’d have called her a cradle robber the whole time…

Happy Birthday, GAC, if I may be so bold as to wish her that.
Thinking of you and the boys.
