When I was bartending in OR, there was a rumor going around that Target, Cracker Barrel, and Outback were bidding on the spot where Outback is now. (Between S Illinois and Scarboro Rd.) Loved getting Outback in- its brought a well needed change. They're also building the hotel behind there, so that might aid in more people coming to the area (via online registration if they have it setup.) A Target would be nice, super or not, to keep from having to drive a long ways away to get something.
