So, I’m trying to console MastaG, who has to buckle down and finish his much procrastinated Harry Potter book within the next couple of weeks.
Me: “Man, its way better than the stuff they made me read in school. I mean, Harry Potter is enjoyable enough. The stuff they assigned us was dull.”
MastaG: “Like what?”
Me: “Dickens books, Great Expectations, A Sail Of Two Titties, stuff like that”
MastaG: (hysterical laughter)
Me: “What? Oh, crap, not a sail of two titties, its A Tale of Two Titties. No, dammit, its a..
MastaG: (hysterical, teary eyed laughter)
Me: “Tale of two Cities”
MastaG: “I don’t think A Sail of Two Titties would be very boring at all, Dad. ‘Two titties finding adventure on a death defying voyage across the Pacific Ocean, with their mighty sail!’
Me: “…”

You know, the mental imagery is of the elaborate mermaid carvings that adorned great sailing ships of olde… always topless.
I’m with you — Harry Potter is tons o’ fun compared to the stuff we had to read.
