Weird. I never drive down that street, but I frequently go w/in a block of it. It's just a residential neighborhood. A kinda poor residential neighborhood. It must be a frat house or something, and they've hired a band. Weird. I'm going to have to drive by there after work to figure out what it is. In fact, I think I will, just to get a look at what a place calling itself beast warz house would be. I wouldn't actually call this neighborhood poor, more like lower middle class. Although I guess I technically live in the next neighborhood over. Cecil is definitely not an ideal street to live on. But you're right. That neighborhood has a mix.
