It's too hot to do anything outside, it's muggy, there are tons of mosquitoes and other bugs, you have to join a health club if you want to get any exercise, sunscreen makes you feel sticky but if you don't wear it you'll burn, being sweaty sucks, summer clothes are mostly ridiculous (at least for women)... Can you tell I'm not a fan of summer? I like having daylight until nearly 9 p.m.; I like not being cold. I like the dense canopy of leaves surrounding my deck. I like not having a chinese fire drill at 6:30 every morning trying to get everyone to school on time. I like being able to swim and dive (outdoors), and I like cooking outside over fire. I don't like mosquitoes or fleas, and I am particularly susceptible to sunburn, but there are potions for all of those. <i>(Yeah AT, I bought more mosquito spray, and I do know where it is.
