There's a pitbull rescue here in Cookeville called "Bless the Bullys", so if you have no luck on that end, I can try to find a place over here for him... Hopefully his owner will reclaim him. I may indeed need your help. I don't think that he's 100% pit bull - he's a little larger than your average pit bull, but not as muscular/stocky.
