This kid was annoying, sure, but the purpose of a taser is not to repay someone who has insulted or inconvenienced you. He should have simply calmed down and stopped trying to get away from the cops. I think that will be their justification for the Taser. I've also heard a supposedly eyewitness account on Air America where another student claims that the video didn't show just how aggressive this guy was. It is claimed that he rushed the microphone and pushed others aside when asked to wait his turn. He was definitely not completely innocent in this matter.
