It was a bit over blown. They could have yanked him out of the room. But that is the magic of cameras -- We really don't know why they did not pull him out of the room physically. Just a fear has a negative effect on our civil liberties so does stupidity. And he will exersize his other freedoms like sueing the school wrongfully, I am sure, and have is college paid for him. But when this guy hits the real world and he can't stand on the table in a staff meeting and call his boss the ass that he is, he is in for a rude awakening that civil liberites, while a right in this country, will not grant him the right to employment when security carries his ass to the parking lot.
