					<description>There may be a worthwhile distinction to be made here between being organized and being self-disciplined. I know a number of people who are organized to the point of anal retentiveness, but who are pretty ineffectual. On the other hand, I know people (and I'm one) who are pretty self-disciplined but who are less than fastidious. Most of the people I know who are both well-organized and self-disciplined get paid more than I do. Are they happier? That's a topic for another thread.</description>
