AT - did your Cracker Barrel blow has bad as mine did? Promise i’m not stalking..just noticed you in the line of cattle waiting for a table. After that wait AND the night I had before I think I deserved more than a tablespoon full of hashbrown casserole..muttering to my self like an old fart.

It’s cleaning Sunday.
Here I sit writing Haiku;
Drinking some coffee.
I got the truck fixed
Friday and took the day off–
Ready for some change.
Dad gave me some boots
he couldn’t wear any more.
Woot, some Doc Martins!
I got my first pair
when I was in high school.
Those boots killed my feet.

Beautiful autumn
peaked this weekend on island
hard to say goodbye.
Punk played rock’n'roll
with band on lawn of our church
seniors danced on grass.
Colorful ballons
drifted into indigo
directed by wind.
God directs the wind
and blows change into our lives
and leaves are falling.
