Earlier this morning, Bos was working on removing some molding at the base of the bathroom wall. We recently bought a new vanity, and it needs to sit flush to the wall, so the molding had to go.
So, about an hour ago, I heard Bos jump up and yell, “turn off the water, turn off the water!” to which I replied, “I don’t know where to turn off the water!” A call to the Water department solved that.
What happened that required the emergency shut-off of water? The guys who installed the molding in the bathroom a few years back nailed it through a pipe. So, when James removed the molding and the nail - voila! there was a bubbling brook in our bathroom.
Grumble.

We’ve got wine and jimmy dean sausage biscuits. Mmm, mmm, good. We’ve got a plumber over here now, thanks to Daco. He showed us the pipe and sure enough, it was nailed. You just never know what you’re going to run into…

Between you and AT (Fire and Water) you only have two more to go………. :-)
I feel you may be reaching super powers of some sort.

Plumber just left. He was very efficient and did a good job. The pipe is fixed - woot! Now we have to patch the drywall that was cut out…anyone have any scrap greenboard out there?

I might have some green board. We just got done w/redoing the entire bathroom because the water heater leaked and molded the regular drywall.

I have a half of a bucket of drywall mud… if you need.

Cool, aka Ladyfriend. We do need the mud.
Denette, we’ve already come across some board. Thanks, though!
