Great Pics! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a safe and happy New Year, looks like 2008 will be full of new beginings! The boys looked so excited!!
Looks like you folks had a great time. Glad to see it.
I especially liked the pic at the bottom. Is the flying pig a metaphor for Christmas at casa tuma or just a really interesting pic you found online? Loved it.
The “flying pig”…. it was a gift for me from AT. Isn’t it wonderful? Metaphor? maybe… depends on who you talk to…hee.
Here’s the scoop on the piggy…
….”Kohler’s Pig” shines with Michael Sowa’s gift for making animals spring to life with souls and emotions—it beautifully depicts the diving pig’s carefree, irresistible joy. It’s also a wondrous study in shadow and light. And quite a thought-provoking conversation piece, as well….
I like the picture of the big kid in the read shirt with wide eyes. That kid seemed to be enjoying himself. I guess you have to be entertained when you don’t have the qualifications to be one of Santa’s elf.
Aw man, your girl is like some vision of Irish or Scottish perfection. Stout-hearted, resourceful, practical, fair-skinned and cute as hell. Merry Christmas!
Hey Jake..your Christmas pictures are great!! We pray that your new year is wonderful. We have a BBQ place in Dahlonega that has the same pig photo on their wall. Can’t wait to meet your Mandy!!Love you all very much. Pray for Justin as he leaves Sat. am for a mission trip in Amsterdam.
Love you, Aunt BECK
What a great bunch of pics! Looks like Christmas the way it was intended. And you can’t know how happy I am to see that dog in the pics. Mr. “I don’t like dogs” needed to see the rewards of life with a dog. And I bet those boys love it too. I am so happy for you guys. Let’s get a beer soon. (Or two)

AT, tell MastaG that he has to bring his Star Destroyer on the Family Trip in May. And send me some close-up pics in the meantime!
