Then she leaves her alone with what the reports say is up to 8 other children and an elderly mentally incapacitated gentleman who apparently can't feed the children himself to go shopping.... The mother can afford to go shopping but can't afford to get to her seriously burned daughter. I'd say that maybe the little girl is better off without her.
